Opened in 1986 in the northern city of Nam Dinh, the restaurant offers a light, clean soup based on a recipe passed down from generation to generation. You can choose between beef bone broth and chicken broth. The "phở bắp hoa" (made with medium-rare beef) and "gà tôm mắm sốt" (crispy fried chicken) are especially standout dishes.
