Set in Saigon's historic "Opium Manufactory" (built in 1881), The Refinery pays homage to the Parisian bistro tradition with custom-made furniture and lighting and a focus on local architecture, design and decor. There is a large covered terrace and a quiet courtyard with comfortable armchairs for relaxation. The bistro serves excellent cuisine and offers a variety of platters. The wine bar offers 17 varieties of Old and New World wines by the glass and hosts events on wine and food pairings.
